• Materials and construction: Outer Cordura fabric (military‑grade) offers maximum abrasion, tear resistance and UV protection; 3D Mesh inner fabric improves breathability; dual‑foam lining (dense outer foam for distribution and inner rubber foam for shock absorption) enhances comfort and safety; laser‑cut inserts and automated foam compartment assembly ensure precision and repeatability.
• Sizing and fit options: Available in children’s sizes S, M and L, and adults XXS to XL; XS–L come in regular or long (indicated by a “T” in the size, e.g., XST) for taller riders. 

The 3D Mesh inner fabric ensures comfort and breathability while the inner lining made up of two high-tech foams offers added safety and comfort. The dense outer foam distributes impact optimally while the inner rubber foam also used in bullet-proof waistcoats absorbs shock for optimum comfort. The inserts and foams are laser-cut for maximum precision and the assembly of the foam compartments is automated to guarantee 100% repeatability.
