Shipping policy
UK ORDERS
We offer free postage on any orders over £65 excluding yard items (where indicated) such as selected brooms and items with handles or more than 1 metre in length. Unfortunately, due to these items being oversize for most courier companies, there is a surcharge on these products.
Standard UK postage is £6.50+VAT on all UK orders under £65 (excluding Ireland).
Where ever possible, orders received before 12.30 pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays/Christmas) will be dispatched on the same day by either DX, DPD or First Class Royal Mail and are normally delivered on the next working day. Orders received after 1pm Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. This is subject to availability.

Unfortunately due to import restrictions we are unable to dispatch any Equine America products to Australia and New Zealand.
Please note that due to import regulations we are unable to sell certain products to some countries. Please contact us before purchasing for advice.
